Here, you are able to create or look up an existing ticket in our system. Fill in the required information along with any other pertinent items you can, and click on "get started." If you have already brought your computer into the shop to get repaired/updated, you can check the progress of our work with this handy tool! When we create a ticket, we send a copy of the ticket details to your e-mail address. This information will contain the ticket number, description of the issue/s and more - just grab the ticket number from your e-mail and put it in the search bar along with your last name to check when your computer will be ready!
